What happens after I’ve placed my order?

You will receive an emailed order confirmation.  Once your order has shipped you will receive an additional email with your order's tracking information.

How are products delivered to me?

Products are shipped via UPS from our distribution center located in Dallas, TX.

What is your refund or exchange policy?

We want our Customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. 

  • If for any reason you are not satisfied. the item or items can be returned within the first 30 days at no charge.
  • Please go to the "Returns" tab on the Home Page and select "Return Request Form".
  • Please complete the return request form.  The authorization process will take 1 to 2 business days and you will be emailed a return label.
  • Please afix the return label and to your package and return the item to us.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 2 business days of receiving your item.
